We review your application
Our team reviews every application personally. We're looking for coaches who lead with empathy and put client effort above all else.
Get approved & onboarded
Once approved, you'll get access to the trainer portal where you can start inviting clients and building workout plans right away.
Start coaching
Invite your first client, write their plan, and start making a difference. Our tools handle the admin so you can focus on coaching.
What we look for
- A genuine belief that effort and consistency matter more than appearance
- Experience coaching or training clients (certification preferred but not required)
- Empathy-first communication style — no shaming, no toxic motivation
- Ability to write clear, personalized workout plans
- Commitment to showing up for your clients consistently
